2. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via standard regular mail. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages
- If your package does not arrive within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will assist you in investigating the shipment status with the carrier.
- To be eligible for an investigation, claims for missing packages must be submitted within 45 days of the original order date.
