Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, our shipping services only cover the following regions, and we do not support order delivery to other countries/regions temporarily:
- Europe: Including 27 EU member states (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, etc.), as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
- United States: Including 50 states of the U.S. mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii (excluding overseas territories).
- Australia: Including the Australian mainland and Tasmania (excluding overseas territories).
2. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Order Processing Time:
After you place an order, we will complete product sorting, packaging, and dispatch within 1-3 business days (weekends and local legal holidays are excluded). Once the order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping tracking number and query link via email.
- Regional Shipping Timeframes (calculated from the date of order dispatch):
- United States: 20-30 business days (USPS/DPD dedicated line logistics is used by default; slight delays may occur due to peak seasons or local logistics adjustments).
- Europe:
- EU Member States: 20-30 business days (DHL is used by default for shipping).
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 20-30 business days (Royal Mail/DPD dedicated line logistics is used by default, and customs clearance may take additional 1-3 business days in some cases).
- Australia: 20-30 business days (Australia Post/Aramex dedicated line logistics is used by default, with possible delays due to local customs inspection or remote area delivery).
3. Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders with a total amount of over £20 (GBP) are eligible for free standard shipping to all covered regions (Europe, United States, Australia).
- Standard Shipping Fees (for orders under £20 GBP):
- United States: £1.99
- Europe: £1.99
- Australia: £1.99
Note: All shipping fees are displayed in GBP at checkout, and currency conversion will be handled automatically based on your payment method.
4. Tracking & Customs
- Order Tracking: You can track the real-time status of your package using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email on the official websites of the corresponding logistics carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL, Australia Post).
- Customs Duties: For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may be imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local customs or logistics provider upon delivery. We recommend checking the local customs regulations in advance to avoid delivery delays.
5. Delivery Issues & Support
- If your package does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe (20-30 business days), please first check the tracking information. If there is no updated status for more than 5 business days, contact us via service@bulwarkly.store with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
- For cases of lost or damaged packages (confirmed by the logistics carrier), we provide two solutions: full refund or free reshipment (you can choose either option within 7 days of confirming the issue).
