This policy applies exclusively to small commodities purchased directly via Bulwarkly Store’s official Shopify store. For products bought through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), offline pop-ups, or unauthorized resellers, please contact the original purchase channel to resolve return/exchange requests—our store cannot process such inquiries.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Timeframe for Requests
- You may submit a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (confirmed via Shopify’s order tracking or courier records).
- Requests received after 30 days will be declined, unless the product has a manufacturing defect (see Section 4 for exceptions).
2.2 Product Condition Requirements
For small commodities (e.g., accessories, gadgets, home essentials), the following must be met:
- Products remain unused, unassembled (if applicable), and free of scratches, stains, or odors.
- Original packaging (e.g., boxes, plastic wraps, tags) is intact—minor wear on outer shipping boxes (from transit) is acceptable.
- Free gifts or bonus items included with the order must be returned alongside the main product; failure to do so may result in a partial refund deduction.
3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Your Shopify order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- Product name, SKU (if visible), and quantity to return/exchange.
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "wrong size," "defective part," "change of mind").
- For exchanges: Specify the desired replacement (size, color, etc.)—subject to stock availability.
- Await Approval: We will respond to your email within 2 business days with:
- A return authorization (RA) number (required for processing).
- Our warehouse address for returns (do not ship to the Shopify default address—this may cause delays).
- Shipping guidelines (e.g., recommended courier for small packages, insurance for high-value items).
- Ship the Product:
- Write the RA number clearly on the outer shipping label.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item shipped—we will reimburse standard shipping fees upon receiving the product).
- Keep the shipping tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
- Process Your Request:
- Returns: Once we receive and inspect the product (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).
- Exchanges: If the returned product meets our conditions and the desired replacement is in stock, we will ship the new item within 2 business days of inspection—no extra shipping fees will be charged to you.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods (e.g., small snacks, candles with melting risks) if expired or damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
4.3 Small Value Item Convenience
For items priced under $10 USD, we may offer a "no-return refund" option (at our discretion) to save you shipping hassle. If approved, we will issue a refund without requiring you to ship the product back—this is final and cannot be converted to an exchange.
5. Additional Notes
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, email us immediately—we can usually cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is marked as "fulfilled" in Shopify, you will need to follow the return process instead.
- International Orders: For customers outside the US (or your primary market), return shipping costs may be higher—we recommend checking with local couriers for affordable small-package rates. Import duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable (we do not control local customs policies).
